Prevention     Use of a condom during sexual intercourse can prevent most sexually transmitted vaginal infections. Proper fitting and adequately absorbent clothing, combined with good hygiene of the genital area also prevents many cases of non-infectious vulvovaginitis.

Children should be taught how to properly clean the genital area while bathing or showering. Proper wiping after using the toilet will also help (girls should always wipe from the front to the back to avoid introducing bacteria from the rectum to the vaginal area).

Hands should be washed thoroughly before and after using the bathroom.

Women are especially prone to this infection. This happens when bacteria travel up the urethra and start breeding there. Chances of urinary infection are higher during pregnancy and after major surgery or intercourse. This infection causes pain or a burning sensation during urination. Sometimes the urine is discoloured. Itching, frequent urination, fever and chills can also result from urinary infection. Though not a serious problem it can be rather an irritating and an awkward one. To avoid this infection improve overall standards of hygiene: both, regarding toilets and personal parts. Wash or wipe front to back after urinating or defecating. Remember this when wiping or washing babies too, as a general rule. Do not wear tight fitting synthetic underwear.

 Do condoms "dull"   mens sensations during sex? Every time if I ask him to puts on a condom, he may say that he loses sensation,! This feeling will come to mind some times. It can take a while to get used to wearing a condom- when we use a them for birth control or for STD protection. Actually  using a condom is much usefull / beneficial to both partners because it dulls men’s sensations enough to slow down their urge to orgasm -- and make sex last longer time.   

After a while men or B/F may no longer feel the difference between intercourse with or without the condom. It is better to experiment with different kinds, brands and shapes of condoms.( For  girls it is thrilling event to put condom into guy’s/men’s erect / hot penis. we won’t get this chance after words.)

The thinner brands cost more, but are still just as effective and do provide for more sensation. Encouraging men to experiment with different condoms is necessory, then condom can make sex pleasant one, &  No fear of infection from STD.

The most common ones which I preferred were  

• The   women  lying on her back, the   man on top and facing her .
• The woman on hands and knees, the man kneeling behind her ( like dogs style or   This position i like much for sex because  here physical strain is less,  then bottom & top of both boy & girl will be engaged with performance )  as I know  most of my friends use this.
• The man on his back or sitting, the woman kneeling or squatting on top  of hih  if the with  woman face towards the man or  its reversal, if the woman faces away from him) . i follow this one  & previous alternatively.  So both of us can share the exercise. When boy gets tiredness girl can continue it with other position. and becomes extremely enjoyable
• Both partners lying on their sides, the man entering from the front ("side-by-side position")                                   )

How do I use it?

Practice putting a condom on correctly.  Even female, can- practice by putting condom on two fingers that are held together. Guys & girls should  Learn how to put condom, Girl should not  depend only on guy/ partner to know how to put.

Check the expiration date of the condom, it will be written on it.

Open the package at the end so you don't damage the condom. Put on the condom as soon as the penis is hard. Be sure the roll-up ring is on the outside facing away from the penis. Leave some space at the tip to hold the semen - about 1/2 to 1 inch at the tip of the condom. (If there is not enough room at the tip, the semen could break the condom).

 Squeeze the tip gently so no air is trapped inside. Hold the tip while you unroll the condom along the length of the penis to the hair. If the condom doesn't unroll, it's on wrong! Throw it away & start over with a new one. Never unroll it before putting it on the penis. When putting it on, avoid tearing it with fingernails, rings or anything sharp, especially belly-rings.

DO NOT USE oil-based lubricants with a condom. This means no Vaseline, hand lotion, or baby oil, they can create holes in latex. Water based lubricants such as KY jelly are what you use. KY comes in a cheaper generic form at most  drug stores.

DO NOT allow a penis to enter the vagina before putting on a condom. Some fluid may be released from the penis before ejaculation, and it may contain sperm.

After sex: The man should pull out slowly right after ejaculation while the penis is still hard. Hold the condom in place on the penis to avoid spilling semen. If the man waits for the penis to become soft, the condom can fall off or semen can spill out of the condom.

NEVER reuse a condom & don’t use  BROKEN CONDOM?

 Don't panic but immediately put spermicide into the vagina using an applicator full of spermicide.  Contact doctor, or  emergency   contraception- that can be used 72 hours after unprotected intercourse.

A condom is more effective if always used with a spermicide. Condoms can be purchased at drugstores, supermarkets, through mail order or the internet..

They are easy to use and purchase. Very effective, no prescription is needed.   price depends upon color, texture and style. Provides good protection from STDs. Now available in many colors, textures, sizes, thicknesses and flavors. (Yes, even chocolate flavored).

Condoms do interrupt sex, but they can become part of foreplay. Be creative. Some guys can not keep an erection with a condom on - they say the condom compromises sensitivity. (There are condoms that are thinner than others, try those). The man must pull out immediately after ejaculation.

Condoms must never be reused!

Condoms should never be kept in a wallet, in your pocket, or in a hot car's glove compartment. This can destroy the latex. Never use condoms made from animal products - they do NOT protect you from STDs.

The normal size of a penis

             This is not clinical measurement, they are the average results of people who answered an internet survey what we friends have done among 100 males 18-35 yrs.

The average adult penis size is about 6 inches or (15.7cm).  penis size 'peaks' at age 17. Since penises do not get smaller as a male approaches age 21, it can be concluded that boys aged 16, 17, and 18 are most likely to exaggerate the size of their penis

Penis Size  and pleasure or performance  

 The size of a man's penis is more than adequate for its functions which are for sexual pleasure, reproduction and urinating,  I have observed that  size of  penis has no relation to sexual pleasure or performance. Performance is about the ability to get and maintain an erection or to provide sexual pleasure to the partner and himself with or without an erection.

 Performance, then, is not directly really related to only size -- but dependent on health, muscles, blood and nerve supply to the reproductive organs.

In reality  sexual pleasure is related to: a person's state of mind; to respecting &  full filling their partner's needs during performance; and their own needs. During intercourse, the opening of the vagina is not a matter. Because normally vagina is not too small or too large, and not difficult for for any penis totake entry inside  because it is really a "space" that is surrounded by muscular tissue and will adapt to most size penis.

There are also many ways to express sexual feeling besides intercourse. Sexual touching and intercourse can involve many different positions, methods, angles, pressures etc. that change the way it feels and may increase pleasure.

  Penis 
• The penis consists of head called the glans and  shaft.
• At the tip of glans there is urethral opening through which urine and semen come out. The glans is covered by  foreskin  called prepuce, which can be rolled back. The glans is richly supplied with nerve endings, which makes it very sensitive. At the back part of glans is rim called  corona. On the underside where head and body of penis meet there is another sensitive spot called  frenulum.
• Penile shaft is made up of three cylindrical erective sponge tissues. Two lie parallel to each other called corpora cavernosa and third lies above and contains urethra and is called corpous spongiosum. This corpous spongiosum is expanded at its base to form urethral bulb and at its tip to form glans penis.
